What We Do
Residential & Commercial Roofing Services
One local crew for the whole roof — the tear-off, the repair, the flat roof over the shop, the gutters and the storm call at 10pm.
Roof Repair
Leaks, cracked flashing, slipped shingles, dry rot and that one spot that drips every winter. We find the real source — not just the stain.
See details
Commercial Roofing
Low-slope and flat systems for shops, offices and HOAs: TPO, modified bitumen and silicone restoration coatings, with maintenance plans that keep warranties intact.

Roof Inspections
21-point inspections and real-estate roof certifications. Buying, selling or just want the truth before the rainy season? We put it in writing.

Gutters & Downspouts
Seamless aluminum gutters cut on-site, plus guards and downspout reroutes that move water away from your foundation instead of into it.
See detailsStorm & Wind Damage
Wind-lifted shingles, fallen limbs, winter-storm leaks. Emergency tarping plus hands-on help documenting the claim for your insurance adjuster.

How It Goes
From First Call to Final Nail
No pressure, no mystery. Here is exactly what happens when you hire us.
Free Inspection
We climb up, photograph everything, and tell you honestly whether you need a repair or a replacement — even when it is the cheaper answer.
Written Estimate
A line-item quote with the exact shingle, underlayment and flashing spelled out. No “to be determined.” The number you sign is the number you pay.
Install Day
Dumpster and materials delivered, yard and plants protected, deck inspected once it’s open. Most homes are torn off and dried-in the same day.
Walkthrough
We magnet-sweep for nails, haul every scrap, and an Allison walks the roof with you before registering your manufacturer warranty.

What Roseville Homeowners Say
★★★★★
“Three other companies tried to sell me a whole new roof. Marcus got up there, found a cracked pipe boot, fixed it for a couple hundred bucks, and told me the roof had five good years left. That honesty is why they’ll get the replacement when it’s actually time.”
Greg T. · Roseville · Roof Repair
★★★★★
“Tear-off and new GAF roof in a single day, and you could not tell a crew had been in my yard — except for the gorgeous new roof. They even reset the sprinkler head they bumped. Rare these days.”
