“Three other companies tried to sell me a whole new roof. Marcus got up there, found a cracked pipe boot, fixed it for a couple hundred bucks, and told me the roof had five good years left. That kind of honesty is rare — they’ll get the replacement when it’s actually time.”

“Tear-off and a new GAF roof in a single day, and you could not tell a crew had been in my yard — except for the gorgeous new roof. They even reset the sprinkler head they bumped. We’ve already recommended them to two neighbors.”

“An oak limb came through our roof during the February storm at 9pm. Allison had a tarp on it before midnight and had the whole claim documented for our adjuster by the end of the week. I cannot overstate how much stress that took off us.”

“We run a small warehouse and couldn’t afford to shut down. Kyle scheduled the TPO install around our hours and the crew was spotless about the dock area. Two winters later, bone dry.”

“Needed a roof cert to close escrow on a tight timeline. Allison inspected it the next morning, did the two small repairs it needed, and had the certification to my agent the same day. Lifesavers.”

“Bundled new seamless gutters with our re-roof and saved a good chunk doing both at once, like Rosa suggested. No more waterfall off the back corner every time it rains. Professional from the quote to the cleanup.”
